We are amazed to see the factory today. Everything has been planned to minute details, Right from the entrance to manufacturing area, with well laid roads, thoughtfully planted trees of different in nature. Infact the entrance gives an impression that one is entering in to a resort.
Main Processing plant is well planned with multiple activities and it was amazing to see the excellent working of machines. You have tee weakly taken care of women empowerment, by employing lot of women in all process areas. The protocol of Tree plantation by visitors is an excellent idea.
Couple of improvements which came to my mind, can be though are:
Separate holding area for incoming trucks inside the premises with fencing all four sides.
End of line Automation to reduce human intervention. Please plan a visit to MilkyMist, get some idea, some beautiful plant layouts, end line automation etc,
Now a days, avg 50-100nos of visitors are visiting in MilkyMist every day. Small end line automation and good visitors Gallery makes a big impact.
And also small whole sale counter in the front.
I have been using Nani products for awhile.
My day starts with golden milk mix it's been a saviour during this pandemic and we have been using regularly. It helps to combat this weather changes and build immunity towards cold. My kids love the milk and there is no complaints.
Dry spices like cinnamon, pepper, saunf, Yelachi, cloves etc are of super quality,clean,fresh and have their original flavour,which won't be found in any other brands.
Sabudana has a premium quality which makes the dishes turn out really good whether it's kheer or Khichadi.
This is the best quality turmeric powder I have used... I have tried many brands for organic turmeric, and this one appeared great, I had no idea I would be so surprised. It surpassed all my expectations in terms of quality... great aroma and taste, best for using in food.
Masala powders have unique taste with a blend of traditional spices. Samnar powder, Rasam powder, curry masala and meat masala, fish masala brings more flavour to the food and doesn't loose it's essence.
Chilly powder would recommend it to all spicy eaters. Excellent spiciness. Just very little can add much punch of heat to a dish.
